I had a frustrating experience with iPhoons when trying to get my iMac repaired.
iPhoons branding and promises, such as "doorstep delivery," were not upheld. Despite traveling from Lucknow to Delhi to get my laptop fixed, I had to make multiple trips to their location instead of receiving delivery.
The initial repair was not satisfactory. When I received my laptop back, the screen was poorly fitted, and I had to return it for additional work.
After leaving a 1-star review based on my experience, I received pressure from iPhoons.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service and communication from iPhoons. While their social media presence and ratings were initially promising, my experience was frustrating and stressful.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision about whether to work with iPhoons.
